In light of this situation, many experts suggest that great importance should be attached to achieving work-leisure balance, as it plays an essential role in living a happy and successful life.

One main reason why many people are unable to keep a balance between work and leisure nowadays is that the coupling of increased workloads with modern technologies has made it increasingly difficult for people to cut the connection to jobs in off-hours. Then how to reverse this situation? Perhaps the first step is that people need to improve working efficiency and time management ability. Specifically speaking, it is necessary to prioritize tasks and focus on the most important things either in the workplace or at home. Another crucial step is to establish boundaries between work and leisure time. Lastly, it is imperative for the media coverage to draw public attention to the balance between work and leisure.

In conclusion, we should not ignore the problem mentioned above and I highly suggest that everyone, especially young people invest effort to strike a balance between work and leisure.
